The art in recognising the nature of reality as it is, is in seeing in a way that notes from moment to moment what is different and what is the same simultaneously.
If we try to do so from descriptors, analysis and rationality, we stay in a conceptual frame and inadvertently set up camp in an either/or predicament which is ultimately fear and delusion (all belief).
This keeps us stuck in fantasy because reality as it is always showing up as both.

It is feeling This! in its immediacy that gives us a true experience of self-intimacy and clear seeing.
What to the mind is paradox, to reality as it is there is no conflict between these two. There is no difference in reality between absolute sameness and unthinkable differentiation.
There is no between. No tension. It’s a total fusion.
There is always in reality’s immediacy, reality as it is in actuality, a both/and state of affairs which to the mind presents as paradox.
The invitation here is to recognise where thought presents apparent paradox from moment to moment, or attempts to choose somewhere to stand with regard to ‘the way this is’, often with a sense of urgency and heavy energetic charge, and recognise this as an indicator to feel life here now in its immediacy.
The gift is that with repeated exposure, instead of skimming life’s surface in urgent agitation or inert entrapment, we find the unthinkable precision of life’s one beating heart.
This is true love. The unity of life, not by degrees.
There is no tension here in no duration because there is no ‘between’.
This is the peace that passeth ‘understanding’.
Life’s isness is kicked back, super chilled in total dispassion. Not because it doesn’t care – it just knows nothing of such apparent conflict.
